As a participant in dance classes with Bend Lindy Hop, I recognize that dancing requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that by purchasing any ticket to Bend Lindy Exchange that I have read, understood, and voluntarily consent to this waiver of liability and I waive the right to any legal action against Bend Lindy Hop, or its instructors, for any injury sustained on studio property or at any Bend Lindy Hop event.
